  Locate your original register receipt or tax invoice, as a valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

  Visit a Garden Centre

  Bring your item and receipt to any Waldecks Garden Centre location where our expert staff will inspect the product and process your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or you may choose a store credit for your next landscaping project.
