Cockies Tongue is a WA native shrub producing distinctive large, red pea flowers over a long winter-spring season. Extremely drought and heat tolerant. Full sun. Sandy, very well-drained soil. Phosphorus-free fertiliser. A genuinely unusual and striking native for challenging dry positions.
