Early Blue Convolvulus produces rich, true-blue funnel-shaped flowers on a low, compact spreading plant through late winter and spring. Blue is rare in drought-tolerant groundcovers, which makes this variety particularly valuable for Perth gardens where both colour and water efficiency matter. The plant grows to around 20-30cm and spreads to 60cm or more, with silvery-grey foliage that contrasts well with the blue flowers. Full sun. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Tip-prune lightly after flowering to keep compact.
